If you submit a paper please note that it is a requirement that one author per paper must be fully registered as a Member/Non member (not Student or One Day) and paid by 9 February 2008.  There will be no exceptions.

Please Note:

  • Registration fees are in USD and may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, or check.
  • One copy of the proceedings is included with each registration.  Additional copies may be purchased when registering.
  • Social events include the Icebreaker, breakfast (continental) and lunch each day, and the conference banquet.
  • Full registration (either IEEE member or non-member) includes all social events and additional guest tickets may be purchased.
  • One-day registrations do not include social events, but delegate and additional guest tickets may be purchased.
  • Student registrations do not include social events, but student delegate tickets may be purchased for a nominal fee.  Student registrants may also purchase guest tickets at the standard rate.

The icebreaker will be Sunday, March 16th from 6:30pm until 9pm.  Continental breakfasts and lunches will be held in an room adjoining room.  The banquet site will be announced shortly.  Please let us know if you require special meals.

One day registration and guest tickets may be obtained at the Registration Deck with either a check or cash only.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation of registration must be received prior to 9 February 2008.  A 30% handling fee will be deducted from the registration cost.  No refunds will be given after 9 February 2008.   Cancellation requests are to be emailed to jrizoli@whoi.edu.
